To transcend the MVP's limitations, we aimed to craft an Minimum Lovable Product that users would adore rather than merely tolerate.
A final spur was given by the potential big client, hesitant about switching from competitor. Stipulated with clear claims & strict deadlines, Blend was determined to secure its first big contract.



MLP mindset aimed at crafting a Complete Product Experience, along with heuristic analysis & research insights, fostered the product roadmap. Our primary focus was on improving UX consistency and refining informational architecture, which set the stage for expanding the product and enabled the seamless integration of AI to relieve users of mundane tasks.
To add a masterstroke to immaculate usability and effortless feature adoption, the MLP was crowned with a lovable Brand & UI. We rang the bell in the hearts of our End users (primarily Gen Z) through an electric color palette, showy typography, and the linchpin of our UI concept - stickers, which added social inclusivity & emotional versatility for some UI Use Cases. Further enriched with sharp animations and refined micro-interactions, MLP won admiration & sparked a viral effect.


Blend ticked all the boxes both in terms of Brand hooks & Product refinement. Timely revamp aligned with aforementioned client's vision, thus securing the contract & boosting traction. With our pitch & promo videos support, Blend calendar is brimming with demo requests, thus thrilling the BD team and securing tangible biz results.
